John Cavalier has been a member of Bridgeline Digitals Board of Directors since 2007, and is a member of the Company’s Audit Committee, Corporate Governance Committee, and Compensation Committee.
From 2001 to 2007 Mr. Cavalier was the Chairman of the Board of MapInfo Corporation (NASDAQ:MAPS), a publicly held developer of location intelligence software. From 1996 to 2001 Mr. Cavalier was the president, CEO and director of MapInfo Corporation. During Mr. Cavalier’s tenure at MapInfo he successfully helped led the growth of MapInfo from approximately $40M in annual sales to over $160M in annual sales. MapInfo was recently acquired by Pitney Bows (NYSE: PBI) for $480M.
Prior to joining MapInfo, Mr. Cavalier held executive management positions with Antares Alliance Group (a joint venture between Amdahl and EDS), Amdahl, Atari, and Apple Computer. From 1991 to 2000 Mr. Cavalier served as a Director of Focus Enhancements, a publicly held developer of proprietary video conversion ASIC chip technology. From 1986 to 1991 Mr. Cavalier served as a Director of Mass Microsystems, a publicly held developer of multimedia products.
Mr. Cavalier is an active Board Member of various privately held technology companies and is the Vice Chairman of Economic Growth for New York State Tech Valley. In 2006 Mr. Cavalier was inducted into New York States Tech Valley Hall of Fame recognizing him for outstanding businesses leadership. In 2007 Mr. Cavalier was given the Explore, Discover, & Imagine award by New York’s Children’s Museum of Science & Technology recognizing his leadership of promoting technology to children. Mr. Cavalier earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Notre Dame and his MBA from Michigan State University.
William Coldrick has been a member of Bridgeline Digitals Board of Directors since its inception in 2000, and is the Chairman of the Company’s Corporate Governance Committee, and a member of the Compensation Committee.
He is also a principal of Enterprise Development Partners, a consulting firm he founded in 1998 that serves emerging growth companies. Since 1993 Mr. Coldrick has served as Vice Chairman of the board of FOCUS Enhancements. Since 1996 he has been a Director of Advanced Electronics Support Products. From 1996-98 he was Vice President and General Manager of Worldwide Channel Operations for the Computer Systems Division of Unisys Corp.
From 1982-91 Mr. Coldrick held several senior management positions at Apple Computer. In his last position at Apple, Senior Vice President of US sales, he was responsible for leading all sales, support, service, distribution and channel activities throughout the United States.
Before joining Apple, Mr. Coldrick spent 14 years with Honeywell Information Systems, where he held several positions, including Regional Marketing Director. He holds a marketing degree from Iona College in New Rochelle, NY.
Ken Galaznik has been a member of Bridgeline Digitals Board of Directors since its inception in 2007, and is the Chairman of the Company’s Audit Committee.
From February 2005 Mr. Galaznik has been the Chief Financial Officer, and Treasurer for American Science & Engineering, a publicly held company with a public market cap of approximately $600 Million.
Mr. Galaznik is responsible for the American Science & Engineering’s day-to-day financial management, treasury, and SEC compliance, and information technology functions.In addition, Mr. Galaznik is responsible for all Investor Relations within the financial community.

Mr. Galaznik has been with American Science and Engineering since August 2002, serving as Vice President of Finance and subsequently appointed as Acting Chief Financial Officer. Prior to joining AS&E American Science and Engineering, he was Vice President of Finance at Spectro Analytical Instruments, Inc. and has 27 years of experience in accounting and finance positions in manufacturing and real estate development entities.
Mr. Galaznik holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Accounting from The University of Houston.
Rob Hegarty has been a member of Bridgeline Digital’s Board of Directors since 2008, and he is the Chairman of the Company’s Compensation Committee, and a member of the Corporate Governance Committee.
Mr. Hegarty is Managing Director, Strategy and Marketing at the Depository Trust and Clearing Corporation. In this role, Rob is responsible for all strategy and marketing functions across the firm. He is also specifically spearheading DTCC’s efforts to identify new market and growth opportunities focused on the buy-side, front-office, and trading communities. DTCC, through its subsidiaries, provides clearance, settlement and information services for equity, fixed income, mutual fund, money market, insurance, and derivative instruments. DTCC has operating facilities in multiple locations in the United States and overseas.
Mr. Hegarty has over 25 years of experience in the financial services technology industry. Prior to joining DTCC in April 2009, Rob was a Managing Director at TowerGroup, a leading provider of research and advisory services to the global financial services and technology industries. There he led two of TowerGroup’s practice areas: Securities & Investments and Insurance. Before joining TowerGroup in 1999, Rob was vice president of trading systems at Putnam Investments in Boston. Prior to Putnam, he was with Fidelity Investments in Boston for eight years, primarily responsible for technology for the institutional broker-dealer arm of Fidelity Investments, Fidelity Capital Markets. Previously, he was division vice president at Drexel Burnham Lambert in New York and was with the IT management consulting division of Coopers & Lybrand's Boston office.

Scott Landers has been a member of Bridgeline Digital’s Board of Directors since 2009 and serves on the Companies Audit Committee.
Since 2008 Mr. Landers has been the Senior Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer for Monotype Imaging, a global developer of text imaging solutions. Monotype is a publicly held company (Nasdaq:TYPE) with a public market cap over $250 million. Prior to joining Monotype, Mr. Landers was the Vice President of Global Finance at Pitney Bowes Software, a $450 million division of Pitney Bowes and a leading global provider of location intelligence solutions.
Mr. Landers was also Vice President of Finance at publicly held MapInfo (Nasdaq:MAPS), which was acquired by Pitney Bowes in April, 2007. At MapInfo, Landers held several positions since joining the company in 1997, including a post as Director of Finance at MapInfo Canada. Earlier in his career, Landers was a Business Assurance Manager with Coopers & Lybrand.
The Capital District Business Review recently recognized Mr. Landers as one of the top 40 executives under 40 years of age in New York's Capital Region. Mr. Landers is a certified public accountant and holds a bachelor's degree in accounting from Le Moyne College in Syracuse, N.Y. and a Masters of Business Administration from The College of Saint Rose in Albany, N.Y.
Since its inception in 2000, Thomas Massie has been Bridgeline Digital's Chairman of the Board, President, and Chief Executive Officer. Mr. Massie has lead Bridgeline Digital to record revenues each year since inception and the Company has amassed over 50 industry related awards over the past decade, including the esteemed 2010 CODiE award. BtoB Magazine recognizes Bridgeline as one of the top interactive technology companies in the United States and KM World Magazine recently named Bridgeline as one of the "100 Companies That Matter in Knowledge Management" for 2010, and iAPPS as a Trend Setting Product of 2010.

Focus is a publicly held developer of proprietary video conversion ASIC chip technology that had global distribution and technology alliances with companies such as Intel, Microsoft, Apple Computer, Thompson, Philips, SONY, Nokia, and Zenith. Mr. Massie led Focus from its original business plan to a public market cap of over $230 million dollars.
From 1986 to 1991, Mr. Massie was the founder, and Chairman of the Board of Mass Microsystems. Mr. Massie led this publicly held developer of proprietary multimedia products from business plan to over $75 million dollars in public market cap in just a few short years. In 1984 Mr. Massie was the Vice President of Sales for MacMemory, a multimillion-dollar developer of custom memory and acceleration products.
Since 2002, Mr. Massie has been a member of the Board of Directors of MapInfo Corp, a publicly held global company that develops location intelligence software solutions. Mr. Massie was Chairman of MapInfo's Corporate Governance Committee and a member of their audit and compensation committees. In 2007, MapInfo was acquired by Pitney Bowes for $480 million dollars. In addition, Mr. Massie is a member of the National Associations of Corporate Directors. From 1979 to 1982 Mr. Massie was a non-commissioned officer in the US Army, 101st Airborne Division.
