February 28, 2007

Boston, MA February 28, 2007 - iapps, a division of Bridgeline Software and leading provider of on-demand Internet solutions to the philanthropic sector, announced today that AARP has selected iapps as its Web development partner to completely revamp its Global Aging web site while deploying new features and functionality.

The Global Aging Program fosters global collaboration and ultimately, acts as a partner and catalyst to governments and decision-makers in all sectors to help address and favorably shape the social and economic implications of aging worldwide. To support this effort, iapps will completely reengineer the Global Aging site using its Orgitecture framework while deploying searchable databases, user-customized content portals, streaming video and integrating with several of AARP’s existing systems. Select areas of the site will be available in multiple languages to better serve the international community.

“With our domain expertise serving nonprofits, Orgitecture was the natural choice for AARP,” said David Goldsmith, iapps’ Vice President of Business Development. “Our solution will help extend AARP’s existing presence as a knowledge leader on global aging by leveraging technology to create efficiencies for staff and harnessing the Web to extend its message more effectively. We are honored to have been chosen as AARP’s Web development partner for its Global Aging site.”
