Center for Connected Health Awarded Best Health and Fitness Web Application
Boston, MA January 10, 2008 - Bridgeline Software, Inc. (NASDAQ: BLSW), a leading developer of SaaS-based web application management software and award-winning web applications, has designed and developed the recently launched Center for Connected Health website www.connected-health.org, which was selected as a winner in the category of Health and Fitness for the 2007 MITX Awards. The annual MITX Awards is the largest awards competition in the country that recognizes achievements in the development and implementation of interactive technologies. Entries were judged by over 100 industry professionals representing various disciplines including creative directors, designers, technologists, online media representatives, investors and business professionals. The Center for Connected Health, a division of Partners HealthCare, is a leader in the use of technology to deliver quality care outside of the hospital or doctor’s office.
Bridgeline was engaged by the Center for Connected Health to design and develop a new website that would establish the Center as a leading destination for “Connected Health” information and act as a collaboration vehicle for those wishing to interact online about healthcare delivery.
