Six Horizon Awards For Bridgeline Software

(NASDAQ: BLSW), a developer of SaaS-based web application management software and award-winning interactive business technology solutions announced today that it has received six Horizon Interactive Awards for the outstanding development of various interactive web applications and web sites. The eighth annual Horizon Awards fielded more than one thousand entries from over 20 countries around the world. An international panel of judges, consisting of industry professionals with diverse backgrounds, as well as an end user panel, evaluated 18 different categories ranging from online advertising to business-to-business websites. The Horizon Interactive Awards holds the annual competition in early spring of each year with the winners being announced in May.

In the eCommerce category, Bridgeline received a Silver award for the online shopping site for Hooked on Phonics (, operated by Smarterville Productions, LLC, a leading creator of educational products for families. Additionally, Bridgeline was awarded a Bronze award for the public and eCommerce sites for the Washington Redskins professional football team ( Also in the eCommerce category, Bridgeline earned a Bronze award for Someone I Love is Sick (, a website developed to help young children cope with cancer.

In the Business to Business category, Bridgeline received Bronze awards for development of the Partners HealthCare Research Ventures and Licensing (RVL) and Rollex Public Websites. Partners HealthCare RVL ( supports research commercialization efforts across Partners HealthCare, one of the nation’s leading biomedical research organizations and a principal teaching affiliate of Harvard Medical School. Additionally, Bridgeline earned a Bronze award for development of the public website for Rollex (, a leading U.S. manufacturer of home and commercial building products.
