Melissa Fowler

Senior Vice President & General Manager

Melissa Fowler is the Senior Vice President & General Manager for Bridgeline Digital's Boston region.

Ms. Fowler brings nearly 20 years of sales, leadership and strategic account management to Bridgeline Digital. Prior to joining Bridgeline, Ms. Fowler was Vice President of Global Sales for Monster Worldwide, the premier provider of recruitment, career and talent management products and services headquartered in Maynard, MA. Ms. Fowler led the sales planning and execution of a global account team and was responsible for sales, services alignment, key growth initiatives, and strategies to gain market share. Since joining Monster in 2003, Ms. Fowler also held positions of Director of Channel Sales & Business Development and Vice President of Strategic Accounts where she provided sales leadership and operational management to drive annual sales and growth.

Prior to Monster, Ms. Fowler spent 5 years in various sales management roles at PTC, the global leader of product development software headquartered in Needham, MA. As Sr. Director of Sales, Ms. Fowler launched the first global alliance sales program and executed go-to-market plans that drove record revenues from global enterprise accounts. As a Major Account Manager, she was responsible for selling to the high-tech and aerospace verticals.

Ms. Fowler started her career at AT&T as a Senior Account Executive in their Mid-Markets Division.

Ms. Fowler graduated from Bryant University in Rhode Island with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration.

Tracey Greene

Vice President of Interface Design & Chief Creative Director

Tracey Greene is Vice President of Interface Design for Bridgeline Digital's New England region and Chief Creative Director for Bridgeline Digital.

Prior to joining Bridgeline Digital, Ms. Greene was the Design Director at Show & Tell, Inc., a Boston based interactive solutions agency.

As the Design Director, she has over 9 years of strategy, creative evolution, information architecture, user experience, project management and design implementation.

Because of Tracey's multi-level abilities, she has art directed creative teams, served as online content provider and an overall quality controller. Clients and fellow co-workers describe her as strategic, results-oriented, experienced, energetic, problem solver, and most importantly, able to see their side and help those see hers.

In addition to her responsibilities at Bridgeline Digital, Tracey is an Adjunct Professor at UMass Lowell teaching Web Design since 2000. Along with her ten year tenure, Ms. Greene has assisted in defining, structuring, and implementing a full fine arts web curriculum. She has also been awarded a Professional Teacher Excellence Award.

Ms. Greene holds a BFA in Graphic Design from UMass Lowell.

Todd Holloway

Director of Engagements

 

Todd Holloway is the Director of Delivery for Bridgeline Digital.

Todd is responsible for managing the daily project operations and communications between the client and Company team members (meetings, calls, emails, client materials, deliverables). Todd works with the Company project team to ensure that project milestones are completed within time and budget parameters.

He has over 28 years experience developing and managing marketing communications projects in all media, and has led projects for Company clients including Ameron International, Amgen, Baxter Healthcare, Berkshire Bank, Berkshire/Guardian Life, Best Buy, Carol Shelby, Chesterton, Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf, Commonwealth of Massachusetts, Deloitte, Desilva & Phillips, Disney, DTS, Ferguson, General Dynamics, GTE, John Hancock, Honda America Racing. Omgeo, Partners Healthcare, Perkin Elmer, Progress Software, Robb Report Publishing, SmallOffice.com, Sony Pictures, UCLA, Worcester Polytechnic Institute, and many others.

Todd has developed project management workflow for companies such as GTE, Malibu Studios, UCLA, and Sony Pictures. This experience combined with the Bridgeline 6dm process ensures an on-time, on-budget, on-spec delivery of interactive projects for Bridgeline customers. Todd has developed a successful interactive development and consulting group with a presence in Boston, New York, Los Angeles, and San Francisco. Additionally, he has built several successful internal media organizations during his time with GTE, General Dynamics, Malibu Studios, and UCLA.

As a member of the US Army Special Forces and US Training Command, Todd was responsible for interfacing and coordinating with the US State Department, Foreign Government Representatives, national and international agencies and partners to ensure mission goals and standards are achieved.

Todd maintains relationships with the following organizations: Association for Applied Interactive Multimedia, Association of Internet Professionals, Digital Video Professionals Association, and the Project Management Institute.

Geoffrey Palmer

Director of Business Development

Geoffrey Palmer is the Director of Business Development for Bridgeline’s New England Region.

Mr. Palmer has over seven years of consultative selling experience, particularly in the web technology space. Prior to joining Bridgeline, he was a Regional Sales Manager at Percussion, a content management system developer. His deep technical understanding, practical experience in designing and building websites, and consultation selling capabilities with startups, SMB’s, and Fortune 1000 companies gives him great insight into the needs and requirements of his customers.

Mr. Palmer holds a BA from Northeastern University. Additionally, he is an avid reader and writer, as well as a published playwright under a pen name.
