Tom Whittaker

Executive Vice President & General Manager

Tom Whittaker is the Executive Vice President & General Manager for Bridgeline Digital's Denver region.

Prior to joining Bridgeline Digital, Mr. Whittaker was Senior Vice President of Operations for Indigio, an interactive agency headquartered in Denver, CO, which focused on helping clients achieve online success. Mr. Whittaker managed the day-to-day operations and oversaw the delivery teams, including development, design, media, and project management. Since joining Indigio in 2005, Mr. Whittaker has held the positions of Vice President of Service Delivery, Director of Service Delivery and Solutions Manager. Mr. Whittaker has over 10 years of internet and marketing experience with a strong background in moving & storage. Indigio merged into Bridgeline Digital in July 2008.

From 2000 – 2005, Mr. Whittaker managed the online channel of Budget Truck Rental overseeing site design, development and analytics. During this time, the online channel grew from generating 10% of the company’s revenue to 40% of the company’s revenue. Additionally, Mr. Whittaker oversaw all marketing affiliations, partnerships and vendors. From 1994 – 2000, Mr. Whittaker was at U-Haul Corporation in various roles within operations, finance and marketing, which included managing all point-of sale applications for online, POS and their Call Center.

Mr. Whittaker attended the State University of New York in Plattsburgh, NY.

Becki Dilworth

Vice President of Digital Strategy

Becki Dilworth is Vice President of Digital Strategy for Bridgeline Digital’s Denver region.

Prior to joining Bridgeline Digital, Mrs. Dilworth was the Vice President of Client Services at Indigio, an interactive agency based in Denver. At Indigio, Mrs. Dilworth oversaw the project management, search engine marketing and creative design teams.

From 2003-2006 Mrs. Dilworth was the Director of Interactive Operations for the Denver Newspaper Agency. In her 3 years there, she more than doubled online revenue and was responsible for all marketing and product development initiatives. She instituted dozens of new online marketing opportunities including a database marketing program, a citizen journalism platform and a video recruitment program.

From 2001 to 2003, Mrs. Dilworth was an online producer for the Rocky Mountain News, overseeing the day-to-day operations of Colorado's largest news site. Prior to that, she was an online producer for Better Homes and Gardens Online.

Mrs. Dilworth graduated Summa Cum Laude with a Bachelor Degree in Internet Journalism and Graphic Design from Drake University in Iowa.

Becky Stemmons

Director of Business Development

 

Becky Stemmons is Director of Business Development in Bridgeline's Denver, CO region.

Ms. Stemmons has over 10 years of B2B consultative sales experience where she demonstrated success in helping clients develop solutions to enhance business practices and operational efficiencies through customized talent management, staff engagement and retention strategies. Prior to joining Bridgeline, Becky was Director of Business Development for Strategic Programs, an assessment and consulting company. She has also supported new business development for Atlantis Partners, a technical recruitment and placement firm, and new membership sales at the Denver Metro Chamber of Commerce. In 2009, she was recognized on Denver’s Top 20 Most Powerful Salespeople.

Becky earned her BA Business Management and Sports & Allied Health at Metropolitan State University, Denver CO.

JR Hopwood

Director of Engagements

JR Hopwood is the Director of Engagements at Bridgeline Digital’s Denver office.

For the last 7 years, Mr. Hopwood has developed Website Strategies for several large companies including PODS, Examiner.com and Unisource, amongst others. Through his expertise of Web Analytics, Usability as well as AB and Multivariate Testing, Mr. Hopwood has helped companies increase online conversions by helping them to understand visitor behavior and optimize the user experience on their sites. Additionally, Mr. Hopwood manages resource allocation and proposal development for the Denver team.

Prior to Bridgeline, Mr. Hopwood was with CBS Sports.com, where he marketed their web presence and the top-rated fantasy sports line. He also spent two-years with Colorado’s largest retail furniture chain as the Director of Interactive Marketing,

Mr. Hopwood earned a B.A. in Technical Journalism and Public Relations with a concentration in Business Administration at Colorado State University.
