Michael Matteo is Bridgeline Digital's Executive Vice President and General Manager for the New York region. In 2008, Bridgeline New York was the recipient of the “Business Unit of the Year” under Mr. Matteo's leadership.
Mr. Matteo was a Director at Bridgeline Digital from 2002 to 2007 and previously served as a Senior Vice President of Bridgeline Digital for 3 years operating out of the New York City business unit. Prior to rejoining Bridgeline Digital, Mr. Matteo was Chief Operating Officer of Telecom Infrastructure Corp, a privately held firm based in New York. Mr. Matteo came to Bridgeline Digital through the acquisition of Lead Dog Digital where Mr. Matteo served as the CEO and was instrumental in growing the company over 100% annually by hiring quality personnel, expanding service offerings, aligning with industry partners, and delivering complex projects.
Prior to joining LDD, most of Mr. Matteo's career was spent working for AT&T in strategy, development, deployment, and maintenance of complex information systems. Mr. Matteo's last assignment was in Amsterdam where he was part of a team that established a successful telecommunications partnership for a business communication services offered in 17 European countries.
Mr. Matteo has an MBA degree from the Wharton Business School and a bachelor's degree in both Computer Science and Management Science from the State University of New York.
Carl Prizzi is Vice President of Engagements for Bridgeline Digital's New York region. Mr. Prizzi manages the design, development, and delivery operations for the New York office. He has extensive experience in delivering strategic web-based solutions for clients such as The Bank of New York, Nomura Securities, Depository Trust & Clearing Corporation (DTCC), J.B. Hanauer, and National Financial Partners.
Mr. Prizzi has excelled in various roles in his 8+ years of experience with the New York office of Bridgeline Digital (formerly Lead Dog Digital). Mr. Prizzi has a solid history of hands-on project operations – from information architecture, design and development to project management. Mr. Prizzi supervises the delivery of custom software solutions provided by the New York office by managing project operations, technical consulting, and supporting business development initiatives. Mr. Prizzi also has extensive experience in strategic IT resource planning, technology implementations, as well as overseeing large and small scale projects.
Mr. Prizzi holds BA from Long Island University C.W. Post in Computer Graphics and has studied Computer Science at the State University of New York, Stony Brook.
Glen Mitchell is the Vice President of Business Development for Bridgeline Digital’s New York Region.
As Vice President of Business Development, Mr. Mitchell is responsible for helping to identify customer's enterprise web challenges and developing technical specifications to help optimize their business processes.
Mr. Mitchell brings almost 15 years of professional consulting and marketing expertise to Bridgeline Digital. Prior to joining Bridgeline, Mr. Mitchell worked in Business Development for AMC Corporation, a New York based Information Services Company consulting on IT systems design and integration for several Fortune 500 companies. Mr. Mitchell has also consulted for Compugen Systems advising senior management on strategic technology software and hardware solutions with companies such as IBM, Cisco and Microsoft. Previous to that, Mr. Mitchell worked at The Toronto Star as a consultant on client sponsorships with advertising agencies and national clients for two of Canada’s busiest groups of internet properties. Mr. Mitchell has also worked in the entertainment industry for HBO and Alliance Atlantis Communications assisting Executive Producers in the pre-production and marketing of feature films.
Mr. Mitchell is a graduate of USC’s Film Production Intensive Program and has a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Manitoba in Canada.
Karen Weamer is Vice President of Business Development for Bridgeline Digital’s New York Region. Ms. Weamer is responsible for helping to identify customer's enterprise web challenges and developing technical specifications to help optimize their business processes.
Ms. Weamer brings nearly twenty years of professional sales and marketing experience to Bridgeline Digital. She has broad experience in managing relationships with Fortune 1000 organizations and has led sales teams in the technology vertical. Most recently, Ms. Weamer was Director of Business Development for Tenth Floor Interactive, an award-winning, web application development company headquartered in Cleveland, Ohio that merged with Bridgeline Digital in February 2008. Prior to that, Ms. Weamer was Director of Business Development for Comm-Works, a technology and infrastructure company and prior to that, held numerous progressively more challenging sales management roles at AT&T.
Ms. Weamer earned a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Boston College.
Thomas Lynch is currently the Vice President of Interface Design at Bridgeline Digital, New York. Tom has worked at Bridgeline for over nine years and is responsible for leading and managing the user experience and interface design department. He has extensive experience in end-user research, user experience, information architecture, and user interface design. His expertise in the user-centered design process ensures that strategic business goals and end users requirements are met while delivering highly usable and rich digital experiences.
Tom’s work spans multiple industries including financial services, manufacturing, technology, healthcare, and publishing. He has also been honored by numerous international design organizations and publications including Communication Arts Site of the Week, How and The One Show Interactive.
Tom is a graduate of The Fashion Institute of Technology of New York with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Graphic Design.
