Steven Fay

Senior Vice President and General Manager

Steven Fay is the Senior Vice President and General Manager of Bridgeline Digital’s Philadelphia business unit.

Prior to joining Bridgeline, Mr. Fay was the Director of Sales for Canon’s Business Services Division (BSD) for the Mid-Atlantic and Southeast regions. BSD provided Business Process Outsourcing, Services, and custom eCommerce portal and Web-to-Print development. His region experienced record growth of over $30M in annual revenue under his management. From 2003-2009, Mr. Fay was consistently recognized as a top Sales Executive for RR Donnelley, selling high volume outsourced print and electronic communication solutions to large corporations. Prior to his position at RR Donnelley, Mr. Fay was the Director of Client Services for a division of UPS Logistics that provided statement services to large financial services companies. In this role, he managed teams of Sales Engineers, Implementation Project Managers and Account Managers. From 1993-2003, Mr. Fay held progressive management positions in Analysis and Account Management for Managed Business Services divisions of Oce and Pitney Bowes.

Mr. Fay graduated from University of Maryland, College Park in 1993.

Patrick Walsh

Vice President of Interface Design

 

Patrick is the Vice President of Design for Bridgeline Digital’s Philadelphia office. As the former VP of Experience Design of Bridgeline’s most recent Philadelphia acquisition, he and his team are responsible for working with our clients to create innovative digital brand experiences that connect our clients with their customers in the most meaningful ways.

Prior to Joining Bridgeline Digital, Patrick has spent over 15 years working with companies large and small to develop online strategies and award-winning creative solutions for companies concentrated in technology, healthcare and financial services. He has served as the the Creative Director for TMX Interactive, the Interactive Media Group Manager at Bristol-Myers Squibb, and the Business Development and Creative Lead for MetaFoundry among others.

Patrick has been a constant voice for user-centered design practices and brand experience design and has a strong record of building highly effective and specialized digital design teams. Patrick also serves as a board member of newly-launched PhilaMADE, which celebrates the culture and contributions of Philadelphia’s impassioned community of creative directors, art directors and designers.

In his spare time, Patrick enjoys his family, scuba diving, skiing, adventure racing and engaging in active nonthinking for extended periods of time.

Heather Boyle

Director of Engagements

Heather Boyle is Director of Engagements for Bridgeline Digital’s Philadelphia office.

Ms. Boyle comes to Bridgeline Digital from Digitas Health where she was Director of Project Management. Her responsibilities included overall project/program management, financial and risk management, as well as delivery of large- scale/cross-functional projects. Most recently, Ms. Boyle worked with a top 10 pharmaceutical company managing a $13M brand budget to deliver multiple projects across all digital channels.

In her 12+ years experience, Ms. Boyle has also spent time working at QVC, GSI Commerce and Razorfish driving complex program and project management, customer segmentation/CRM, media planning and web development across the healthcare and retail/ecommerce verticals. Her diverse background enables her to provide a unique perspective to strategy development and project execution, while focusing on achieving customer’s economic goals.

Ms. Boyle earned a B.A. in Communications/Journalism at Shippensburg University and is currently working toward her MBA at Drexel University.
